Cancellation Policy
If you need to change your order, please get in touch quickly. Once an order has been processed, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Order changes
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to change products or your delivery address. Email info@prostaflora.com with your order number and the change you need.
Order cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. To get your Prostaflora to you as fast as possible, our fulfilment process is fully automated and starts straight away. Your order is prepared and handed to our shipping partners without delay.
After shipping
Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. You can still return it under our Shipping & Refund Policy.
Subscriptions
You can pause or cancel your Prostaflora subscription at any time before your next renewal date. A renewal that has already been charged and processed follows the same rules as a regular order above. To make a change, go to Manage My Subscription or email info@prostaflora.com.
